Obituary of Donald Letourneau

Harbinger, NC Donald L. Letourneau, 68, died Thursday, August 12, 2004 at his residence. Mr. Letourneau was born in Monteque City, MA and was raised in East Hartford, CT. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Letourneau was a retired greens keeper for the Village of Nags Head Golf Links. He was the son of the late Harry Letourneau and the late Katherine Letourneau. He is survived by his wife, Polly and their three daughters, Christine Copley of Durham, Geraldine Letourneau of Harbinger and Nicole Letourneau of Cary; two brothers, Thomas Letourneau of Bayshore, NY and Harry Letourneau, Jr. of Florida. A memorial service will be held at the Holy Redeemer Catholic Church on Tuesday, August 17, 2004 at 11:00 AM with Father Robert Nugent officiating. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Lung Association of NC, P.O. Box 27985, Raleigh, NC 27611. Twiford’s Colony Chapel, Manteo, is assisting the family with these arrangements.
