Obituary of William T. “Billy” Beacham

KITTY HAWK, NC WILLIAM THOMAS ‘BILLY’ BEACHAM, III, 71, of Kitty Hawk, NC, died Tuesday, August 24, 2004 in a Durham, NC hospital. Mr. Beacham, born in Amagansett, NY, was a retired Industrial Engineer of Boeing Aircraft Corp. and was a Baptist. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy. He was the son of the late, William Thomas and Irma Partridge Beacham. Mr. Beacham is survived by four daughters, Cathy Dandelakis of Marietta, GA, Patti Coxwell of Meridian, MS, Barbara Mohler of Fair Hope, AL, and Laura Saul of Poulsbo, WA; a son, Thomas A. Beacham of Kitty Hawk, NC; eight grandchildren; and his companion, Virginia Steinmetz. A graveside service will be held in Austin Cemetery, Kitty Hawk, on Sunday, August 29, 2004 at 3:00 pm with Rev. Steve Siegrist officiating. Twiford’s Colony Chapel, Manteo is assisting the family with arrangements.
