Obituary of Evelyn Q. Cullipher

BUXTON, NC EVELYN JOAN QUIDLEY CULLIPHER, 88, of Buxton, NC died Monday, August 30, 2004 at her residence. Mrs. Cullipher was born in Buxton and was a homemaker and a Pentecostal. She was the daughter of the late Omasa and Evelena Stowe Quidley and the widow of the late William Edward Cullipher. Mrs. Cullipher is survived by two daughters, Barbara C. Niedrauer and Rose C. Durose, both of Orlando, FL; a brother, Edward Quidley of Buxton, NC; nine grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at the Lighthouse Assembly of God, Buxton, NC on Thursday, September 2, 2004 at 1:00 pm with Rev. David Waterfield officiating. Burial will follow in the Family Cemetery in Buxton. The family will receive friends at the church on Wednesday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Twiford’s Island Chapel, Hatteras is assisting the family with arrangements.
