Obituary of Eleanor Geiser Wirth

WIRTH MANTEO, NC ELEANOR GEISER WIRTH, 87. of Manteo, died, Monday, October 4, 2004, in Nags Head. Mrs. Wirth was born in Queens, New York and was a member of the Catholic Church and a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Bernard and Mary Geiser and the wife of the late Charles Wirth. Surviving are two sons; Charles Wirth, Jr of Wading River, N.Y. and Douglas Wirth of Kill Devil Hills, one sister; Gertrude Lawlor of Dix Hills, N.Y., Five grandchildren; Christopher Wirth, Charles Wirth, Ryan Wirth, Colleen Hogan and Meryl Wirth. Mrs. Wirth was also survived by her special companion Harry Palmer of Manteo. A Service of Remembrance will be held Friday, October 15, 2004, at 11:30 a.m. in Calverton National Cemetery Long Island, N.Y. Twiford Colony Chapel Manteo is handling arrangements.
