Obituary of Charles Spruill

Barco, N.C. Charles Edward Spruill, Jr., age 43, of 375 Short Cut Road, Barco, NC, died at his residence on Saturday, October 9, 2004. Born in Pasquotank County, NC, he was the son of Charles Edward Spruill, Sr. and Ann Seaberg, and husband of Rita Barnes Spruill. He was a water treatment plant operator for the city of Chesapeake, VA. Besides his wife and parents, Mr. Spruill is survived by: three sisters, Priscilla Etheridge of Belvedere, NC, Kim Jackson of Kitty Hawk, NC, and Ashley Spruill of Elizabeth City, NC; two brothers, David Spruill of Eure, NC, and Jason Spruill of Elizabeth City, NC; and one grandson, Alex Altman. He was pre-deceased by one son Stephen Spruill. A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 17, 2004 at 3:00 PM at the residence, 375 Short Cut Road, Barco, NC.
