Obituary of Lynnette Bloodworth

Hertford Lynnette Hickle Bloodworth, 29, of 628 Chapanoke Road, Hertford, NC, died Sunday, October 24, 2004 from injuries received from an automobile accident. Lynnette was born in Waynesburg, PA, and was a member of Edenton Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, and was attending Elizabeth City State University majoring in Biology and Science. Her children, Steven Lee Bloodworth and Bobbi Jo Bloodworth also died on October 24, 2004, as a result of the automobile accident. Survivors include her; husband Sean Ford Bloodworth, and her parents Lynn Edward and Donna Marie Brady Hickle, Sr. of Elizabeth City, NC, one son Aron Ford Bloodworth of Elizabeth City, NC; a brother, Lynn Edward Hickle, II and wife, Carmel, of Elizabeth City, NC and maternal grandmother Nora Rankin Brady of Waynesburg, PA. A joint funeral service for Lynnette, Steven, and Bobbie Jo will be held Thursday, October 28, 2004, at 3:00 P. M. at Twiford Memorial Chapel with Rev. Charles McKenzie, pastor of City Road United Methodist Church and Donald Cobb, Branch President, Albemarle Branch of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Burial will follow in New Hollywood Cemetery. The family will join friends Wednesday evening from 7:00 P. M. to 8:30 P. M. at Twiford Memorial Chapel, 405 East Church Street, Elizabeth City, NC., and other times at the home of her parents, Lynn Edward and Donna Brady Hickle, Sr. at 1907 Savin Road, Elizabeth City, NC, and the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joey and Jennifer B. Walker, 337 White Hat Road, Hertford, NC. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that memorial contributions to assist with the funeral expenses for Lynnette, Steven and Bobbi Joe be directed to, RBC Centura Bank, % Jean S.
