Obituary of Ora Mae Decker

Ora Mae Decker, 78, died Saturday, October 30, 2004 at the Outer Banks Hospital. Mrs. Decker was from King George, VA and she retired from Real Estate as a sales agent. She was the daughter of the late Arrie and Monroe Carr and the wife of her first husband, the late Randolf Tolley Sr. and her second husband, the late Thomas Decker. She is survived by 4 children, Randy Tolley, Jr. Larry Tolley, Sr. of Manteo, Tim Tolley of Alexandria, VA and Theresa Tolley of Sattelite Beach, FL; twelve grandchildren, Tammy Davidson of Fuquary Varina, NC, Larry Tolley, Jr. of Alaska, Karen and Jeff Ockerstrom of Sattelite Beach, FL, Jess, Chris and Ryan Tolley of Alexandria, VA, Randy Tolley, III of Oregon and Fran Tolley of Alexandria, VA, Sean Bamman of Glenn Allen, VA, Alex and Warren Cressel of Manteo and nine great-grandchildren; one sister, Virginia Miller of Alexandria, VA. She was preceded in death by five sisters, and one grandson. She will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park in Fredricksburg, VA on Saturday, November 6, 2004 at 2:00 PM. Twiford’s Funeral Home, Manteo, is assisting the family with these arrangements.
