Obituary of Easter Russell

Kill Devil Hills, NC Easter Baum Russell, 90, formerly of Dare County, NC, died Monday, November 15, 2004 in Elizabeth City. Mrs. Russell, born in Jarvisburg, NC, was the daughter of the late William Thomas and Viola Rogers Baum and was the widow of Irving Elwood Rogers and Horace Carlisle Russell. She was a member of Duck United Methodist Church and was a homemaker. Mrs. Russell is survived by a daughter, Edith Rogers Beasley of Colington; four grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren, and several great-great grandchildren. A graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, November 17, 2004 at 2:00 PM at Hilltop Cemetery by the Rev. Eugene McLawhorn. The family will receive friends and relatives on Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at the home of Carson and Kathy Beasley, 1440 Colington Road.
