DANIEL PAUL NAPIER, 55, of Colington Road, Kill Devil Hills, died, Thursday, December 16, 2004, in Nags Head. Mr. Napier was born in New Jersey and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army. He was the son of the late Paul and Frances V. Napier. Mr. Napier was cremated and memorial services will be private. Twiford’s Colony Chapel Manteo is assisting the family.
