Obituary of Charlotte Starner

MANTEO, N.C. CHARLOTTE DAVIS STARNER, 92, of Manteo, died, Thursday, December 25, 2003, in Nags Head. Mrs. Starner was born in Westminster, Maryland and was a retired grocer and Christian Scientist. She was the daughter of the late Harry and Gertrude Hunter Davis and the wife of the late Calvin David Starner. Surviving are one daughter; Patricia Fulk of Manteo, one son: Eugene David Starner of West Virginia, five grandchildren; Allen Starner, John Starner, David Starner, James Starner and Catherine Glass. A service of remembrance will be held Saturday, January 3, 2004, at 3:30 p.m. in Twiford’s Colony Chapel. Twiford Funeral Home Manteo is assisting the Starner family.
