Obituary of Madeline Corbin

CORBIN EAST LAKE, NC MADELINE KATHERINE CORBIN, 63, of East Lake, NC, died Wednesday, January 19, 2005 in a Norfolk, Va. hospital following a long illness. Mrs. Corbin was born in Wenona, MD on January 16, 1942 and was the daughter of the late John Thomas and Evelyn Mae Stine Taylor. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Dudley Stine, her second husband, Jerry Corbin and a sister, Marie Kyte. Mrs. Corbin is survived by three children, Betty Lee Kitching of East Lake, NC, Danny Stine of Salisbury, MD, and Debra Laird of Pensacola, FL; five grandchildren, Terry ‘T.J.’ Kitching, Jr., Leslie Ann Kitching Joyner, Ryan Kitching, Jamie Kitching, all of East Lake, NC, and Shalimar Jernigan of Pensacola, FL; six great-grandchildren, Jacob Joyner, Kayla Kitching, Courtney Joyner, Chase Joyner, Laura Kitching, and Kadie Kitching; two brothers, Ernie Taylor of Chane, MD and John ‘Boozie’ Taylor of Salisbury, MD; one sister, Mary Mister of Deal Island, MD; sixteen nieces and nephews; and two special friends, Sandra Ainsley of East Lake and Kitty Kitching of Manns Harbor. A Memorial Service will be held at Twiford’s Colony Chapel, Manteo on Wednesday, January 26, 2005 at 2:00 pm, with Rev. Clinton Hardy officiating.
