Obituary of Robyn Sims-Nelson

Robyn Sims Nelson Knotts Island, NC ‘ Robyn Elaine Sims Nelson, 41, died January 24, 2005. Robyn was born in Greenville, SC and was an artist who loved painting and carving. Survivors include her husband, Larry Nelson of Knotts Island; two sons, Chad and Andrew Nelson of Knotts Island; mother, Bobbie Jean Williams Wiles and husband, Richard of Moyock, NC; father, Marshall Sims of Greenville; sister, Theresa Anderson of Greenville and brother, Roger Sims of KY. Memorial Services will be held on Saturday at 1:00pm at Knotts Island UMC with Rev. Robert Green officiating. The family will receive friends at the residence of Robyn and Larry following the service from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society, 2730 Ellsmere Ave., Norfolk, VA 23513.
