Obituary of Nina Yost

EC YOST Elizabeth City, NC Nina James Yost Nina James Yost, age 78, of 1300 Crescent Drive, Elizabeth City, NC, died Tuesday, February 22, 2005 at Norfolk General Hospital. She was a native of Pasquotank County, NC, daughter of the late Calvin B. James, and Lucy Casey James, and was wife of the late Robert Frank Yost. She was owner and operator of Nina’s Fabric Barn, a member of the First United Methodist Church, Fleet Reserve Association, CPOA, and worked with the Special Olympics for fifteen years. She is survived by one daughter, Lucy Carol Yost of Elizabeth City, NC, special cousins, Carolyn and Delbert Creef, and special friend Mary Harris A Memorial service will be held Friday February 25, 2005 at 2:00 PM in the Veterans Section of West Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. David Turner officiating. In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to the First United Methodist Church PO Box 401 Elizabeth City NC 27907 or Corinth Baptist Church 1035 US 17 South Elizabeth City NC 27909.
