I happened to come across this while searching for relatives. I am Karen (Sigmundsson) Troutman, Sigrid’s niece. My dad was Thomas Sigmundsson. I remember many gatherings with your family when I was young. Although we lost touch when my dad passed away, I often think of “sis”. I was probably a teenager before I realized her name wasn’t “sis” because dad always called her that. I actually called her Aunt Sis. Many great memories.
