Obituary of Charles Kohn

Charles R. Kohn Chesapeake ‘ Charles Richard Kohn, 61, died March 8, 2005. Mr. Kohn was born in Garden City, KS to the late Ruby Evelyn Richie and Alexander Michael Kohn. He was a Vietnam veteran having served in the US Navy for 20 years. Mr. Kohn was a member of the Fleet Reserve and an avid fisherman and horseman. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Kohn of Va Beach; two sons, Marland ‘Joe’ Kohn of Chesapeake and Jeffery Kohn and wife Tammy of Chesapeake; one sister, Mary Durlan of Great Bend, KS; one brother, Galen Kohn of Dodge KS; two grandchildren, Brittney and Amber. The family will receive friends at Twiford’s Colonial Chapel Chesapeake on Friday from 6:00 until 7:30pm, followed by a Funeral Mass with military honors.
