Poplar Branch, NC Virginia Ocheltree Everett Virginia Ocheltree Everett, 88, of 5976 A Caratoke Highway, Poplar Branch, NC, died Thursday, March 17, 2005 in Albemarle Hospital. She was born in Wilmington, DE; daughter of the late Joseph and Edythe Rowe Ocheltree and was the widow of John Lewis Wiley, Sr. and Alfred Everett. Mrs. Everett was a Nurse’s Aid at Norfolk General Hospital until she retired. Mrs. Everett is survived by one daughter, Katherine Wiley Ross and husband Jerald; one step daughter, Ann Brown and husband Steve; seven grandchildren, Jerald Scott Ross and wife Cathy, Diane Ferguson, Christy Ross, Richard Wiley and wife Shawn, Donna Miller and husband Mike, Bonnie Jones and husband Barney, Pam Adamson and husband Patrick; two step grandchildren, Trina Tevepaugh, and Dale Brown; and six great grandchildren. She was predeceased by one son, John Lewis Wiley, Jr., and one brother, Lindsey Ocheltree. A memorial service will be held Monday, March 28, 2005, at 2:00 PM in Sharon United Methodist Church with the Rev. Steve Castle officiating. Burial will be in the Owens Family Cemetery.
