Obituary of Alvin Aydlett

EC AYDLETT Powells Point, NC Alvin Wilton Aydlett Alvin Wilton Aydlett, age 83, of 8304 Caratoke Highway, Powells Point, NC, died Thursday, March 24, 2005, at his residence. He was a native of Currituck County, NC, son of the late Alvin Aydlett and Rosetta Wicker Aydlett, and husband of Shelby Seymour Aydlett of the residence. Mr. Aydlett served in the US Army, and was a retired US Postal Carrier, and a member of Powells Point Baptist Church. Besides his wife he is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Cartwright of Powells Point, NC, and many nieces and nephews. A graveside services will be Saturday, March 23, 2005, at 2:00 PM in Powells Point Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ben Baum officiating.
