Obituary of Howard Setnikar

Howard Peter Setnikar, 47, of Kill Devil Hills, NC died at his residence. He was born in New York City, NY to Johanna Bartels Frederiksen of Manteo, NC and the late Howard Setnikar and was an avid fisherman. Besides his mother, Mr. Setnikar is survived by a son, Daniel Setnikar of New York; a sister, Christine Mandvere of Manteo, NC; and two brothers, Ronald and Thomas Setnikar both of New York. He was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Setnikar. A graveside service will be conducted on Tuesday, April 5, 2005 at 11:00am at Manteo Cemetery by the Rev. Tal Madison. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Mighty Wind United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 1793, Nags Head, NC 27959. Twiford’s Colony Chapel, Manteo, NC is in charge of arrangements.
