Obituary of Loretta Auriemma

KILL DEVIL HILLS, NC LORETTA AURIEMMA, formerly of Holmdel, NJ, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2005. Loretta bravely fought a long illness, but while holding her daughter’s hands, peacefully left this world; joyfully beginning her eternal life with God, whom she had faithfully followed her entire life. Loretta was the daughter of the late John and Marcella Budnick and was also predeceased by her husband of fifty years, Frank Auriemma. Loretta is survived by her brother, John Budnick of Pompano Beach, FL; four daughters and sons-in-law, Marcella and Dennis Jiosne of Holmdel, NJ, Loretta and John Kupfer of Kitty Hawk, NC, Kathleen and Jim Hammond of Lincroft, NJ and Cynthia and Carl LaBella of Onancock, VA; five grandsons, Dennis and Jason Jiosne, John and Justin Kupfer, and Thomas LaBella; four granddaughters, Melanie Kupfer, Pamela LaBella, and Katie and Jennifer Hammond; two great-grandchildren, Michael and Amaya LaBella. Loretta will be fondly remembered by her family and many friends for her gentle nature. Loretta will be laid to rest with her husband in the Holmdel Mausoleum, Holmdel, NJ. Twiford’s Colony Chapel, Manteo is assisting the family with local arrangements.
