Obituary of Nina Ramsayer

Nina Ramsayer, 86 of Lauderdate by the Sea, FL, died Friday, June 6,2005 in a Ft Lauderdate, FL. Mrs. Ramsayer, born in Rodanthe, NC , was a homemaker and a member of Fairhaven United Methodist Church. She was the dauther of the late George W. and Lurania Midgett and was also preceded in death by her first husband Cmdr. Warren M. Minor,USN, her late husband, Dr. Herbert Ramsayer, a daughter, Jillian Osborne, a sister, Wilma MIdgett, and three brothers, Nathaniel Midgett, Walton Midgett and Earl Midgett. Mrs. Ramsayer is survived by three daughters, Mytna Peters and husband, Gene Kniseley of Rodanthe, NC, Dr. Warna M. Gillies and husband, Randyof McLean, VA and CHristi Minor Rummel and husband, Eric of Lauderdale by the Sea, FL; a son Warner M. Minor,III and wife, Patty of Newport News, VA; a son – in – law, Bret Osborne of Virginia Beach, VA; a sister, Georgia Eason of Chesapeake, VA; five grandchildren, Bryce Gillies, Neal Gillies, Angela Minor, Sarah Minor and Logan Minor. Funeral services will be held at Fairhaven United Methodist Church, Rodanthe, NC on Saurday, June 11, 2005 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Susie Fitch-Slater officating. Burial will follow in the Manteo Cemetery. The family will recive friends at the church on Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 PM. Memorial donations may be made to Fairhaven United Methodist Church P.p. Box 129, Avon, NC 27915. Twiford’s Conony Chapel, Manteo is assisting the family with arrangements.
