Obituary of Jeannette Williams

EC WILLIAMS CURRITUCK Former Primary School Teacher Jeannette Brumsey Williams, 76, of 2375 Tulls Creek Road, Moyock, NC died Thursday, July 7, 2005 at Chesapeake General Hospital. Mrs. Williams was born on August 26, 1928, in Currituck County and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Hilda Jeannette Brumsey. She was a member of Pilmoor United Methodist Church, and a retired primary school teacher having taught in area schools for 37 years. Survivors include her husband; Woodrow Williams, Jr., daughter Linda W. Collins and her husband David of Moyock, NC, and sons Gary H. Williams of Morehead City, NC and Don S. Williams and his wife Cindy of Grandy, NC, sister Ann B. Leary of Elizabeth City, NC., grandchildren Don Williams Jr., Thomas Williams, Jennifer Lykins and her husband Daryl, step-grandchildren Adam Collins and Teresa Collins, and great-grandchildren Lindsey Lykins and Kennedy Lykins. A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday July 9, 2005, at 11:00 A. M. at the Hampton Cemetery, in the Waterlily community of Currituck County with the Rev. Scott Wilson-Parsons officiating. The family will receive friends at the home 2375 Tulls Creek Road.
