Obituary of Ruth Fodrey

Ruth Marie Weston Fodrey, 86, a former resident of Cedar Street, Elizabeth City, NC and a resident of 405 McBride Street, South Mills, NC died Tuesday July 19, 2005, at her residence in South Mills. Mrs. Fodrey was the daughter of the late Cagie Thomas Weston and Nancy Carolyn Riggs Weston. She was preceded in death by her husband Alonzo Bill Fodrey. Mrs Fodrey was a member of the First United Methodist Church. Survivors include her nieces; Theresa Rustay of Vinton, VA, Jodie Field of Roanoke, VA, Carolyn Cicatto of Long Island, NY and Judy W. Moore of South Mills, NC. A graveside funeral service will be held Friday, July 22, 2005 at 11:00 A. M. at the Old Hollywood Cemetery in Elizabeth City, NC with the Rev. T. R. Miller officiating. The family will receive friends at the home 405 McBride Street, South Mills, NC. Twiford Funeral Home, 405 East Church Street, Elizabeth City is serving the Fodrey family.
