Obituary of Lester C. Broome

NAGS HEAD, NC LESTER CALDWELL BROOME, 84, of Nags Head, NC died Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at Britthaven Nursing Home. Mr. Broome was disabled and had been a resident of Britthaven since 1982. He was the son of the late Willie Edward Broome and the late Lessie Catherine Roberson Broome. He was also preceded in death by a brother, Bill “B.B.” Broome and a sister, Teresa Walters. Mr. Broome is survived by several cousins. A memorial service will be held at Britthaven Nursing Home on Tuesday, August 9, 2005 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Steve Siegrist officiating. Twiford Colony Chapel, Manteo is assisting with arrangements.
