Obituary of Thomas Cleveland Twiford

TWIFORD KITTY HAWK, NC THOMAS CLEVELAND TWIFORD, 80, of Kitty Hawk, died, Saturday, September 3, 2005, in Norfolk, Va. Mr. Twiford was a long time resident of Kitty Hawk and was retired from Norfolk Ship and Dry dock. He was a member of Eureka Masonic Lodge #317 AF&AM, a Scottish Rite Mason and a Shriner. He served his country honorably in the U.S. Navy. He was the son of the late William and Maggie Beals Twiford and was the husband of the late Audrey Harris Twiford. Surviving are a daughter: Ophelia T. Karl of Stockbridge, GA; two grandchildren: Jeffery S. White and LeRae Robison, three great-grandchildren: Dorian Robison, Teagan Robison and Jeremy Robison. A celebration of life will be held Tuesday, September 6, 2005, at 11:00 a.m. in Austin Cemetery by the Rev. Brad Bradshaw with Masonic rites at the grave.
