Obituary of Noel Petrin

EC PETRIN Noel H. Petrin, Jr., 72, died Wednesday September 14, 2005 in Elizabeth City, NC. Mr. Petrin was born October 29, 1932, in Bristol County, Fall River, MA and was the son of the late Noel Horace Petrin, Sr., and Hazel Belisle Petrin. He was a retired MSGT with the U. S. Marine Corps, and a retired communication officer with the U. S. State Department. Survivors include: his wife Ardith White Petrin, three daughters Karen Trease of Ruthland, MA. Tracey Higham of Richmond, VA. and Sarah Palombini and her husband Alain of Geneva, Switzerland, one son Noel H. Petrin, VII and his wife Roberta of Richmond, VA., one sister Hazel P. Gorman of Tiverton, RI., seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and two nieces and two nephews. A memorial graveside service will be held at a later date at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA. The family suggests that memorial contribution be directed to: Albemarle Hospice, P. O.
