Obituary of Marie Kunkle

Manns Harbor, NC Marie Freed Kunkle, 90, died Sunday, September 18, 2005 at the Outer Banks Hospital in Nags Head, NC. Ms. Kunkle was born in New Galilee, PA and was a homemaker. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Grace Barkley Freed. Mrs. Kunkle is survived by two daughters; Karen Kraft of Manns Harbor and Kerry Williams of Baltimore, MD; one son, Kent Kunkle of Wilmington, DE; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Feline Hope, P.O. Box 893, Kitty Hawk, NC 27949. Twiford’s Funeral Home, Manteo, is assisting the family with these arrangements.
