Obituary of Anthony Santaniello

Anthony Santaniello Chesapeake ‘ Anthony Santaniello, 95, of the 300 block of Greens Edge Dr, died Tuesday, October 18, 2005 at his residence. Mr. Santaniello was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Desiderio and Antonetta D’Alandro Santaniello. He was a veteran, having served in the US Army for over 30 years and had obtained the rank of Sgt. Major. Mr. Santaniello enjoyed painting, gardening, fishing and was an avid dancer. Left behind to cherish his memory is his wife of 67 years, Rose Louise Marra Santaniello; daughters, Patricia ‘Pat’ Ann Lisowicz and husband Joe of Chesapeake, and Sandy Green and husband Frank of Telford, PA; grandchildren, Christina ‘Tina’, Denice, and Frankie; great grandchildren, Mat, Alex, Ben, Nicole, and Haley. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am at Twifords Colonial Chapel, Chesapeake. Burial with military honors will follow at the Albert G. Horton Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk.
