Obituary of Ronnie Dail

RONNIE EDWARD DAIL Great Sachem of NC Ronnie Edward Dail 61, of 258 Country Club Road, Camden, NC died Monday, November 14, 2005 at Albemarle Hospital, Elizabeth City, NC. He was born in Elizabeth City, NC to Ada Hassell Dail and the late Alonzie Dail and was the husband of Floyd Dean Owens Dail. Mr. Dail was retired Electric Director for the City of Elizabeth City, attended Corinth Baptist Church, and a member of Improved Order of Red Men, Tribe #8. He was currently serving as Great Sachem of North Carolina for Improved Order of Red Men. Besides his wife and mother, Mr. Dail is survived by three daughters, Kimberly Dail Crank and husband, Dwayne, of Elizabeth City, NC, Tammy Pierce Cutrell and husband, David of South Mills, NC and Deena P. Hankins and husband, Greg of Moyock, NC; one son, John Kevin Pierce and wife, April of Okinawa, Japan; two sisters, Connie Dail Russell of Hertford, NC and Bonnie Dail Lane of Wilson, NC; four grandchildren, Jordan Cutrell, Brycen Crank, Jasmyn Crank and Cody Hankins. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Joshua Hankins. A memorial service will be conducted Thursday afternoon, November 17, 2005 at 4:00pm in Corinth Baptist Church by Rev. Matt Thomas and Mr. Gilbert Baccus. The family will receive friends and relatives at their residence, 258 Country Club Road, Camden, NC.
