Sally W. Outlaw On Saturday July 7, 2007, Ms. Outlaw’s 77th birthday, a ‘Celebration of Her Life’ will be held at her daughter’s home, Melissa Rowland, 953 South Mills Road, Moyock, N.C., phone # 252-435-6769. South Mills Road will have red balloons from both directions to Ms. Rowland’s home, with many on her mailbox. Ms. Outlaw lived with her daughter, Trudy Outlaw, phone # 252-453-4357, since January 2005. Please call either daughter for more information and attendance count. Ms. Outlaw attended Coinjock Baptist Church. Pastor Jeff Underwood will be officiating starting at 4:00 P. M. A pig picking will follow with music and singing. Help with ‘Covered Dishes’ and ‘Desserts’ will be greatly appreciated. Please dress casually.
