Obituary of James Wallace Knapp

James Wallace Knapp, age 87, of 113 Kingsway, Moyock, NC, died Friday, July 20, 207 at Sentara Barco Nursing Center. Mr. Knapp, a native of Jersey City, NJ, was the son of the late Wallace Leroy Knapp and June Wagner Knapp and the widower of Gertrude Wolfe Knapp. He was the owner and operator of J. W. Knapp Company and a US Marine Veteran of WWII. Mr. Knapp is survived by a daughter, Nancy Anne Evans and husband John; two sons, James Richard Knapp and Brian Jeffrey Knapp and wife Tana; two grandchildren, Nicole Knapp and David Knapp and a great granddaughter, Summer Condlin.
