Obituary of Harvey Lewis Dort

DORT, Harvey Lewis - 84, Milford Haven Home for Special Care, Guysborough, formerly of Peas Brook, died at the home. Born in Peas Brook, he was a son of the late Levi and Harriett (Dort) Dort. He was a retired fisherman and a member of St. James Anglican Church, Halfway Cove. Surviving are sister, Jessie, Milford Haven Home for Special Care in Guysborough; brother, George, Glace Bay. He was predeceased by sisters, Charity, Clara, Christine and Jenny. Visitation will be held today from 12-8 p.m. in St. James Anglican Church, Halfway Cove, where the funeral service will be held Sunday at 4 p.m. with Rev. Tory Byrne officiating.
