Obituary of Francis 'Gerard' Grady

GRADY, Francis 'Gerard' - 54, Truro, formerly of Mulgrave, died Monday, November 14, 2005, in Bible Hill. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of Nancy (Carrigan) Grady, Truro, and the late James A. Grady. Gerard was a stevedore and a member of St. Lawrence Parish, Mulgrave. He is survived by his former wife, Louessa; sons, Seymour (Ellie), Henry James (Tricia), both of Truro; sisters, Sheila (Ross) Hadley, Hadleyville; Theresa (Jim) Halloran, Pirate Harbour; several nieces and nephews; grandchildren, Colby, Alex, Keigan. He was predeceased by brother, Wayne. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today in Mulgrave and Area Resting Place. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, Father Peter McLeod officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. No flowers by request.
