Obituary of Mary Alice Louise Moore

MOORE, Mary Alice Louise - 85, Mulgrave, passed away Monday, March 22, 2004, in Parkstone Enhanced Care Nursing Home, Halifax. Born in Antigonish, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Marcella (Leet) Moore. She was a member of St. Lawrence Parish, Mulgrave, and a former member of the C.W.L. Surviving are granddaughters, Virginia (Gerard) Murray, Bedford; Marcella Moore, Upper Sackville; Arlene Moore, Vancouver, B.C.; great-grandchildren, Bryson and Andrea Murray, Bedford; daughter-in-law, Neila (Lorne) MacDonald, Mulgrave; sisters, Isabel MacEachern, Cape George; Cecilia 'Sparkie' Bouchie, Mulgrave; Hortense (Harry) Hadley, Mulgrave; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son, David; brother, Joseph; sisters, Mildred in infancy and Grace Tremble. Visitation for family and friends will be held 2-4, 7-9 p.m. today in Mulgrave and Area Resting Place. Funeral mass will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday in St. Lawrence Roman Catholic Church, Father Konstanty Prusznski officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery at a later date. Family flowers only please. Donations may be made to Mulgrave and Area Resting Place, St. Lawrence Cemetery Fund or a charity of your choice.
