Obituary of Ruple Meisner

MEISNER, Ruple ? 89, Port Hawkesbury, passed away Thursday, January 15, 2004, in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston, after a brief illness. Born November 18, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Ida Bugden of Sydney. She is survived by her devoted husband of 65 years, Stanley; sons, Keith (Helen), Lynn, Mass., U.S.A.; Kenneth (Jean), Lower Sackville; George, at home; Gary (Sylvia), Dartmouth; daughter, Marjorie (Ray Levangie), Trenton; brother, Kenneth, B.C.; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters, Muriel and Elva; brother, Traver. Visitation will be 2-4, 7- 9 p.m. today in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Port Hawkesbury, where funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, with William Bryant and Charles O'Regan officiating.
