Obituary of Margaret 'Marjorie' MacLeod

MacLEOD, Margaret 'Marjorie' - 90, Aberdeen, Inverness Co., died Sunday, August 1, 2004, in Alderwood Rest Home, Baddeck. Born in Logan's Glen, Inverness Co., she was a daughter of the late Phillip and Helen (MacLean)Logan. She was a homemaker and adherent of Little Narrows Presbyterian Church. Surviving are daughters, Helen (Billy) Campbell, Aberdeen; Velda McManus, Ottawa; sons, Leonard (Katherine), Whycocomagh; Byron, Lev (Janet Parks), both of Truro; Robert (Beatrice), Whycocomagh; sister, Catherine Logan, Richmond Villa, St. Peter's; grandchildren, Phyllis Anne, Patricia, Dawn Marie, Glen, Adrienne, Travis, Jeffery, Tracey and Beverly; great-grandchildren, Cole, Dionne, Logan, Riley, Zachary, Oliver, Jamal, Laughlin, Abbey, Owen, Candice, Bashar. She was predeceased by her husband, Roderick; brother, Hector. Visitation will be 2-9 p.m. today in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Whycocomagh. Funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday in Little Narrows Presbyterian Church, Rev. Ron Sharpe officiating, assisted by Rev. Donna Tourneur. Burial will be in Harbourview Cemetery, St. Ann's.
