Obituary of Philip James MacLeod

MacLEOD, Philip James - 45, West Bay Marshes, died Friday, May 13, 2005, in Strait Richmond Hospital, Evanston. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of Philip MacLeod, West Bay Marshes, and the late Annie Mae (MacKay) MacLeod. He will be missed by special feline companion, Mildred. He is survived by sister, Mary Lee MacLeod, West Bay Marshes; nieces, Sarah and Ceilidh, and nephew, Matthew; several aunts, uncles, cousins and very special friends. He was predeceased by friend, Rick; sister, Margaret Anne LeLacheur. There will be no visitation. A service of remembrance will be held Friday, May 20, at 2 p.m. in West Bay Community Centre with Jim St. Clair as celebrant. Burial in MacLeod Cemetery, West Bay Marshes. Donations in memory of James may be made to the Strait Richmond Palliative Care Society or MacLeod Cemetery Fund, West Bay Marshes.
