Obituary of James Robert 'Jim' Sullivan

SULLIVAN, James Robert 'Jim' - 76, Canso, died Friday, December 2, 2005, in Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Born in Canso, he was a son of the late Neil and Jane (Cohoon) Sullivan. Jim was a fisherman, a member of Guysborough County Inshore Fisherman's Association, and also a member of Star of the Sea Roman Catholic Church, Canso. He is survived by sister, Stella, Ontario; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Walter, Frank, Cecil, Levi, Charlie, Howard, Kenny, Gregory, and sister, Catherine. Cremation has taken place. Funeral mass will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 6, in Star of the Sea Church, Canso, Father Daniel Boudreau officiating. Burial in the parish cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Dennis Haverstock Funeral Home, Canso.
